"Beautiful, peaceful place to stay"

What a slice of countryside heaven! Such a gorgeous property in peaceful Little Bollinton. A stone’s throw from Dunham Massey and lots of wonderful walks. Warm welcome, magnificent breakfast. Couldn’t ask for more.

What a little gem , we loved our stay , it’s in an Ideal location , great pub next door , the most comfy bed , very quiet , so welcoming and the breakfast was fantastic, we will be back 😃

Quiet and comfortable room; the surrounding countryside; friendly but unobtrusive welcome; very good breakfasts (many establishments make a song-and-dance about their breakfasts - very few even come close to the quality of Ash Farm's full English!)

Lovely people, comfortable room and an incredible breakfast. There is even a great pub right nextdoor serving excellent food. Highly recommend this place.

A really exceptional breakfast with a huge choice of delicious ingredients. Also very attentive staff to our breakfast needs.

Only drawback was not having an en suite although we appreciated having a private bathroom.

"Hele gezellige en knusse B&B, rustig, ruim, maar in de buurt van Manchester airport"

Een erg fijne B&B! Mooie en rustige locatie op 15 minuten rijden van Manchester Airport (ook in de spits). Prima en lekker groot bed (room 2), schoon, compleet en netjes. Het ontbijt was ook heerlijk, ik had gewoon het buffet gekozen, maar er was van alles mogelijk aan typisch Engels ontbijt. Avondeten kan in de pub er naast. Heel vriendelijke gastheer, gastvrouw en zoon! Een erg gezellige plek!
