"Beautiful country farm house in a great location"

Jan and David are genuinely nice and welcoming, the whole experience staying here is what we love about this lovely place, we have now stayed in all the rooms, our favourite is Room 3, the Yellow Room, this has the best view in the house. Then room 1 with the 4 poster bed is our 2nd favourite. Breakfast is most definitely exceptional and cooked to order, you will not be disappointed. You have Dunham Massey, just up the little road to have a great walk round and then after your walk there is The Swan with 2 Nicks which is just next door to Ash Farm for a nice couple of pints and great food. We absolutely love staying here and recommend staying more than just 1 night to get the full experience 😁

Lovely rural location, and it’s right next to the pub! Family run B&B with an amazingly eclectic range of artwork on the walls. The owners will happily tell you how and where they collected these from. Lovely outdoor seating space which demands a return visit in summer!
