"Good location, too many extra charges"

The building is pretty tired, the staff distracted, also charges for parking, parking early and checking in early makes it seem that customer care and ease comes a long way down the list of priorities.

"Town centre hotel"

Have stayed here several times. The room was clean and tidy but lacking in hangers for clothes. Reception staff helpful. Like that it is right in town and easy to access shops etc.

Nice location near city center so easy access to shops and dining. Lovely staff. The property definitely showed its age and some things not right in room--like soap dispenser in shower. The parking was NOT free as advertised--£10/night. There are about 10 spaces in the garage and it's pretty tight to maneuver in there.
