Friendly staff and great breakfast, bright reception area, only one snag, the slide door to the en-suite would not close properly, it seemed to be stuck, but other than that very good.

Nice convenient location. Biggest downside is the noise, rooms seriously need sound proofing. Can hear your neighbours every move, which is the only downside to this property. Rooms are clean, functional and bed comfy.

Excellent place to stay, centre of Cheltenham. Nice bathroom, wonderful mattresses, helpful staff! (Matt!) Water heat was sporadic but shower gel inc & nice + great BIG towels! Huge tv! Would definitely stay again! Thank you! (Please inc breakfast & parking/offer?!?) 🙏

The hotel location is great for the town centre. The staff are helpful and friendly. The hotel is noisy. The other guests have no regard for people sleeping. They let the fire doors slam and talk loudly in the corridors in the early hours.
