it is excellent located for a visit to Cheltenham. Nice and clean rooms.

This is a 3* hotel in a 60s building. It's not going to be sumptuous - but it IS adequate. Came for a brass band festival. Staff are helpful and helped us reserve a disabled spot. Room was a little tired but clean enough with standard coffee sachets and milk pods. The parking area is small and not designed for the larger cars of the 2020s - but that's not the hotel's fault. We found it easier to drive in and reverse back into a spot. You will get road noise - there's a 'Spoons in the next road! All good and value for money. Thank you

Great location, hotel is basic but good value for money and very clean

The rooms are very basic and flaking paint and very limited storage. One good point the beds seemed clean although you have to make your own bed each morning. There was a very limited breakfast. No entertainment not even working TV’s in the lounge. Would not recommend this hotel to anyone. There also seemed to be a lot of single males living in the basement.

Very average. As soon as we arrived we had to move room because it hadn’t been cleaned. The upgrade was ok but still pretty poor. The location of the hotel is very convenient but the building itself and surrounding streets are tired. The staff were lovely and helpful which was the main positive about our stay.

Useful location but a pretty grotty hotel overall

Ended up being bitten as soon as I got under the covers and the bites kept getting more and more the longer I stayed under the sheets - assuming fleas or bed bugs Also the walls are so thin so on a Friday night all I could hear was the room on one side had guests having intercourse loudly and then when they stopped the room on the other side started for over an hour and you can hear EVERYTHING Left the hotel in the morning exhausted and full of itchy bites on my leg. Also no air conditioning at all in the room and no fan offered. Only worth visiting if you want a cheap place to hook up with someone you’ve just met in the bar round the corner!!

Could do with softer pillows an a big bed rather than 2 singles pushed together as kept seperatin apart from that it was great

Great place within 5 mins walking distance of the town centre. It’s not the Ritz, but you get what you pay for and the room we had was very clean. The rooms are a little tired with parts of the carpets heavily worn. The parking area is very small and could be an issue if you have a larger vehicle.

Stayed here for one night for a hiking trip in the Cotswolds. Just needed a basic cheap room near the centre so this was a reasonable simple hotel for the price. The rooms were fairly clean and the bathroom facilities were adequate and the bed also comfortable. There is parking on site but it was full and also very expensive. The location is good and central to the town centre. Overall for the price it was a reasonable stay and good value.
