Citrus Hotel Cheltenham by Compass Hospitality

It was easy to get to and we were able to just enjoy our time without being disturbed.

A perfectly acceptable budget hotel. I think adverse reviews have been placed by competitors!!! The staff carried my case down the steps which I appreciated as I am getting on a bit. The door card entry system worked perfectly for the first time in my experience!

the worst hotel I have ever stayed in, the rooms are absolutely disgusting moth infested had to move rooms, food debris on the floors, don’t think the cleaners have used a vacuum cleaner, mould on the windows in the bathroom, toilet not been cleaned . The bed was full of urine stains and pubic hairs . The breakfast was terrible the food was stale, the dishes and cutlery were dirty did not eat there was afraid to . On first night was looking for another hotel to move but unable to find available room anywhere, as on a coach trip could not leave to go home. Ruined our weekend away

I booked this hotel for my choir as we were competition in the Cheltenham festival for performing arts . From the start Duncan was really helpful with booking 36 people into relevant rooms! The rooms are basic and some do need a little TLC but as we were out most of the time this was fine. Breakfast was ok too and there are plenty of cafes nearby if you do fancy the full English. There was a little outside noise but the hotel is centrally placed so you would expect this, and there`s nothing you can do about seagulls really. All in all a pleasant rewarding stay.

A basic hotel but perfectly adequate for a short stay. Plenty of eating places near by. Parking cost £10 per 24 hours. No room cleaning during your stay unless it is requested. Matt, the deputy manager was very friendly and helpful, and enhanced our stay.

The hotel was ok but the bathroom was a bit grubby sadly.

Omg where do we start i have never been to a hotel which i couldnt wait to leave. Room dated divan bases split and wonky. The room needed a complete update and to top it off went ro use the cups and dirty teabags were in all the mugs.

Check in was super easy. We arrived earlier than expected but were able to access our room. Location is excellent and an added bonus of secure parking. One little thing we only had 1 pillow each and would have preferred 2, but apart from that great stay. Didn't have breakfast.

Beds pretty uncomfortable but overall ok & great location

Hotel was excellent value and in the perfect location. It was clean, but is looking dated and in need of renovation.
