Aroma Suites

We stayed at aroma suites for our second visit & was so lovely, close into town , breathtaking views and friendly staff. Thankyou for a great experience to the team at Aroma suites !

Stayed here in July 2017 and had a wonderful experience. The view is amazing and location is perfect. It is in a quiet little area but right in the middle of restaurants, shops, and near a taxi stand. The staff were very friendly and took time recommend restaurants and different must see spots on the island. The room was very clean and looks just like the pictures. We would definitely stay here again!

Pros: Excellent location steps from central Fira. Amazing view from rooms. Cons: Mattresses and pillows are pretty bad. Room is small but we didn't mind. Shower is small and weak but again we didn't mind. Overall: Get what you pay for - this is a great deal if you understand you aren't staying in a five star place. Tip: Book the hotel's transport vehicle well in advance - we did not book the aroma transfer in time and instead shared a big van with 15 others when we got off the boat in port, managing to be the last stop.

Most amazing staff. Location is ideal, a few steps from downtown Fira, but quite at night.

The staff were excellent. Very very helpful. Upon arrival, we were explained everything clearly. The manager showed us where we should go to visit, and explained clearly how we were to reach each of those destinations. For their breakfast, they have a fixed menu, but we were able to change it each time, so that it wasn't boring. And each time, even though the young lady wasn't able to communicate with us that well, she always had a big smile on her face. Very friendly and helpful. The ONLY downside was the shower cubicle. The floor is set level with nothing to prevent the water flowing out, so there have been a couple of times where the water did flow out onto the floor. Hence I didn't give an excellent for facilities. But otherwise, a great hotel, great staff and excellent views. Definitely recommend.

Our fourth trip to Santorini. Great location. Great view over caldera. Excellent restaurants nearby.

We definitely would choose Aroma Suites when we visit Santorini next time. We stayed for 2 nights at Aroma suites and have to say that it was most enjoyable. Our room truly represented as advertised by the photos and description. The room is modern while retaining the historical charm that Fira is unknown for. Our room had great views from just outside the door of the volcano and immediate surroundings. I would say that the best part of our stay at Aroma Suites was the staff in particular. They are very helpful and are willing to help you with anything that the can. Kon helped as with transportation from the airport and even hiring a car. On your arrival he will give you over view of what there is around Fira to see and do. Kon suggested that we take a cruise on catamaran, I'm so happy that we took his suggestion and booked the cruise as it's a great way to see what Santorini has to offer.

The host was excellent and went out of his way to help with our luggage and to give us tips for our stay on the island. Highly recommended.
