Auchrannie Resort

Stayed one night in the main hotel for an overnight with my partner. The staff, the resort, the food and the overall level of service were top drawer - would highly recommend & we will definitely be back.

Exceptionally helpful and pleasant staff! Spa facilities. Terraces (with blankets) for coffee.

Nothing Maybe the preponderance of black and white photos!

Great place, great service, great facilities… great! The island is much busier than it used to be but Auchrannie still gives you a sense of sanctuary especially if you take advantage of the many facilities on-site and locally..

A great, comfortable room. A lovely touch by the staff leaving a card to welcome us back when we'd finished walking the coastal path, and the minibus ride back to the ferry terminal was much appreciated.

A great stay. We would recommend to those with a campervan/motorhome. Lovely clean showers with area to dry off within cubicle. A joy to have toilet and shower area heated! 😀 All the usual facilities within easy reach including good WiFi coverage. Short walk into Brodick and access to bus routes. Added bonus of being able to use hotel facilities (with additional cost). Great to be able to take our dog into the Cruz bar to eat. Staff all friendly and helpful. We will return when in Arran next. .

Okay facilities with clean showers but would benefit from a washer/dryer. The biggest issue is the location of the motorhome site within the resort. You are essentially in the carpark and it's far from peaceful. Resort-owned vehicles frequently driven around and parked next to the site until about 7pm. From 9pm-11pm car doors were slammed, engines were revved, and people having conversations next their cars. Absolutely no consideration for motorhome guests. On top of that we had people turning up in campervans to try and use the toilets/showers, despite not staying on-site. One man kept trying door handles but gave up and left.

This hotel was perfect! No faults. Room was very clean and spacious. The staff were so friendly everywhere we went throughout the resort. No issue with noise at all. Quiet and nice. It's great for kids! We have a 2yr old and she loved it. There was a baby pool with splash fountains and water up to her hip and a larger pool next to it. The family changing rooms were ideal. Baby charger, large space, seating and your own shower in our own cubicle. There was amazing facilities at the play barn. They have soft play for all ages, games, colouring & outside play area too. There was even a soft play room at the restaurant for kids to go off and play whilst they wait for dinner. There was a kids menu with plenty of options. Overall I thought it was such a special place to visit to escape and enjoy as a family.
