"Another excellent visit to Auchrannie"

Really enjoyed another trip to Auchrannie. All staff are friendly, helpful and professional and nothing is too much trouble. We have stayed here many times over the last 20 years and would highly recommend the hotels and lodges.

"Beautiful hotel, scenic view"

Beautiful hotel in a beautiful scenic area, very close to the ferry and they even provide a shuttle service for those without a car. Our room was 207, down the hall from the Cruize bar which was handy for breakfasts & dinner. The room was big for a double, with a great view of the mountains. We had a mini fridge with complementary milk for tea & coffee; these were refilled daily. Bathroom was clean with soap/shampoo sourced locally from Arran Aromatics. Breakfast is your standard buffet style and continental, with serve yourself tea & coffee. Very nice fresh food (real bacon & sausages!). Staff always on hand when something ran out. We dined twice at Cruize and both times were lovely, quick friendly service and tasty food. You can also charge food & drinks to the room if you want to pay at the end of your stay. The ASPA truly is unbelievable. I have been numerous times and the staff are so friendly and helpful, from the reception to therapist, especially this time when I had to cancel my treatment last minute due to flu! The swimming pool has been the same for as long as I can remember (20+ years) but I wouldn’t change a thing. They have a little area for the kids to play in too, a sauna/steam room and adult pool. There’s even an area to get a snack/drink. There’s changing rooms are clean with changing rooms, toilets, showers and lots of lockers. We have been coming to Arran for years and I will always recommend this place if you’re looking for a mix of luxury and nature.
