Rooms are pretty good and the only suck things is no elevator and i was at the 4th floor.

This is ideal for urban backpackers but not if you have a car. Parkig is such a problem.

The guy in the reception is kind-hearted and really takes care of his customers. We got given fruit some days and a little box of Taiwanese sweets when we left. The rooms were okay, clean and no noice. As much I hate to say this, the bed was horrible, stone-hard. There was camping mattresses in the cupboard which we put on the bed, helped a bit but shouldnt be like that. Also the pillows were hard. Wifi was good but barely reached our room, had to stand next to the door. The location was excellent, next to the Ximen shopping street and few minutes to the metro station. Loved the staff but spent our next stay in Taipei in another hotel.

We stayed at the Residences last Feb 21-22, 2015, coming from outside Manila area. Browsing from the internet, and with curiosity, we booked our stay via the online internet. What an experience we had during our stay. Unfortunately the place was too far from the place we have embarked, though thanks to the availability of the LRT and the unscrupulous jeepneys speeding towards taft ave. Overall the Leesons residences is an average place to stay (not for long). Some observations: A deposit of P1500.00 was required upon stay (not even mentioned in the advertisement); the hot shower bagged down and no immediate personnel to look after; No elevator going up till the top floor, the stairs are too steep for emergency situations, no room closet, no slippers, air condition is noisy, since the place is along the main road and neighbors crowd and cars are parked along the road, it was too noisy during night time....it was an experience I suppose...but not to be repeated in the future.

Friendly, helpful, cool rooms, close to Malate, the touristic center of Manila.

Wasn't as good as I expected. Toilet didn't flush, tv was fuzzy. But it was ok it was cheap and the aircon worked and bed was good. For the price i payed I really couldn't expect much. Was ok for one night stay

I booked a deluxe room and it didn't looked like one at all. There were patched on the wall, the living room has nothing in it except one lousy plastic chair. It has a balcony with no view because it facing the inside of the building. You see some thrash including an underwear from the balcony. It was the worst place we ever stayed at.

Internet rarely worked...............and we had much business to do in Manila and a good working internet was a must. In fact, the internet being shown as available was one of the MOST important factors in booking this hotel.........anyone NEEDING internet access is WARNED not to choose this hotel.
