The stay is good but they are charging for full for my 3 years old kid

No wifi,, you can't browse even your web check in,not professional staff for help, security is ok, It's not great location for access to move on,,

It was good, the employees are very respectful and very professional and the room was clean and I had enough privacy and most of all, It's close to where I have to go.

All was good and as expected. No elevator so prepare to use stairs. Staff was very nice. Only complaint was I wanted to extend my stay for another day but the room rate doubled to do this. Not very fair.

the hotel is clean but I just had discomfort in the bathroom because there was no faucet just beside the toilet seat.Difficult to pull the shower because the hose is short.The noise was annoying during at night time because it's just near the road.

You get what you pay for. There are ants in the room. The towels and bed linen are old. There are many stairs and no elevator. The security guard also fills in as a counter staff person, and not extremely knowledgeable. The say the place is recently remodeled, seems like recently painted, only. Be prepared to pay an increased deposit that is not listed anywhere, except at the front desk. I also read here that deposit is not refunded. I will see.

Here are my review on Leesons Residences 1] The room that was given to us was spacious. It was not crowded and had lost of space to walk around. 2] The strange thing is that this room did not have a cupboard where we can hand our clothes. We had to hang our clothes on hooks behind the door. Soon those clothes that were handing behind the door started to crinkle. 3] Room curtains on the window leaves nothing to the imagination. The curtain material were very thin and if I were to stand in front, I will be able to see through to the next building clearly and people in the next building will see right through when the lights are turned on. So we had to turn off the room lights just to cover our modesty. Beware moving in the room with the lights ON. 4] The TV was running on TechniColour. I had highlighted this to Front Desk but nothing was done. I asked Front Desk to replace the TV with another but it was not done. So for those days we were watching TV in MULTIPLE colours. 5] WiFi at times seems to be slow. The User ID (UID) and the PassWord (PW) had to be changed everyday which I thought there must be a better way to handle UID and PW for the guests, like giving them permanent UID and PW during their stay. 6] The hotel does not have elevators. If I am on the 3rd or 4th floor, its very cumbersome to go out and then come back when tired, just to climb the stairs to the rooms. 7] Breakfast in bed was GREAT. 8] The FREE toiletries were helpful.

Room was nice and clean, nice little balcony. Bed was huge and really comfortable. Wifi was fast. Location is not the best but still pretty easy to get around from there. Only minus was that there is no lift. Our room was on 5th floor and it was a pain to go up and down. But guard helped us to get our stuff to the room.
