A nice hotel and the room was fine, but I am glad that I did not pay the full price. I got an offer and only payed abort 50% of the normal price. I would never pay the full price. And breakfast is really bad.

There was nothing wrong with this accommodation. The area, however, was quite interesting. Just be sure you're doing this place to be on a budget or to see how Manila is on the back streets.

I was only in Manila for 1 day so I didn't have an opportunity to have a look around the immediate area. But I did find a nice café within walking distance near Remedios Circle. The staff wee great and provided a free upgrade on the room. The room and bed was very large and very clean. Would stay again.

the room is fine, but there were some insects we found in the bathroom when we checked in, but it's good for staying for only one night with good price, but not much to see in neighbourhood and was not easy to find

the connection of e wifi is horrible plus terrible suck

I asked my sister to phone before my arrival to request for a lower floor room as I have a torn ACL on my right knee as I learnt after booking that they do not have elevators.; they still booked in the 5th floor! BTW, no elevators on a five story structure is a clear violation of the Philippine Building Code and they got away with it. I did not return to my 4 night prepaid stay anymore.

I stay 7 nite, comfortable, staffs are good manners, some food store are around the area but I prefer at the robinson mall, by walking takes about 20mn. my comment is the bath room too small hard to turn around even im a asian, cant fix for a western guy. generally is ok.

Simple hotel, helpful and courteous staff

I visited my Fiance to be in Manila and after much research online I chose Leesons Residences based on the number of good reviews. I was not disappointed. The place was cleaned daily. The service was amazing. The staff were very polite and friendly. I was quite surprised that I never even saw a single cockroach in the hotel during my entire 9 night stay. The streets outside were full of them but the hotel was quite clean. There were also no bed bugs in the hotel. The room was decent sized for the price and the air conditioner was a blessing in the heat and humidity of Manila. The neighbors outside were polite and loved to see an American. Everyone always said "hello sir". Even the restaurant down the block got to know us well and were full of smiles when we visited. Thank you guys for an awesome job. I would highly recommend this place to others.
