Inn at Hermannhof

The surroundings are lovely. The room nicely appointed. The shower is incredible! Breakfast was good, the staff was delightful. Thank you will definitely stay again.

Enjoyed our couples stay. Stayed in Paradise Room within the Hoehn cottage at the hill across the street from the Inn. Room had king bed with fireplace, smaller TV, mini-fridge/Kuerig, huge bathroom with luxurious shower and soaking tub with fireplace 2 in the bathroom. Paradise also has a big porch with a great view of town and river and seating for 4. Could have spent all weekend relaxing in this room. Breakfast is included, but have to walk about 5 min down steep stairs to get there and that means back up afterward - get your heart pumping in the morning. Breakfast was plate served- yogurt parfait starter and choice from 2 entrees, oj and coffee - great way to start the day. Parking right in front of cottage if you prefer to drive. They also provide coupons for tastings/free dessert in town.

The place / facility was just perfect. We planned to shop but got 2 coupons for free wine tasting and a beer sampling. Awesome small town.

Super nostalgic! Felt as if I was back in Germany. Clean, cozy, exceeded our expectations.

Unfortunately we stayed when temp was below zero. Room was in Theresa’s Garden in one of the cottages on the hill. Private entrance. Suite was furnished very nice with antique furniture and bathroom was top notch. A little cold first night because we could not get fireplace working. They sent staff after hours and once we got it working room was very comfortable despite -7 degrees outside. Breakfast was great. Staff was great. We will be back…in warmer times. Top notch Inn.

Our room was great, however our fireplace never worked and our refrigerator kept turning off. We had to leave and go to the main Inn to eat breakfast. The food was subpar and I felt like I could have got better food at IHOP. We stayed two nights and the second morning we didn’t eat because the food was bad. The staff was very friendly and accommodating but I felt it was way overpriced for what we got.

We stayed in a historic home with a gas fireplace and very modern bathroom.
