Cabot Pollensa Park Spa - Family Resort

Hotel recently refurbished, and decent value for the budget traveller. Excellent for cyclists, with free lockable bike storage and tools etc. Tip: if staying half board go to reception and upgrade to the black wristband, which gives unlimited free drinks (from self-service taps) in the restaurant for EUR4 per night.

Lovely hotel, unfortunately no earlier check in than 2pm however staff were very accommodating. Once in the room, it was very clean and well designed, however there was no welcome pack, water or tea coffee facilities which just would have made things more comfortable and convenient. Shower was a bit weak, but we always had plenty of piping hot water. We stayed with bed and breakfast and the breakfast was always very good, lots of choice and again staff very helpful. The walls were very thin and we never got to sleep in in the mornings as it was so noisy! Overall though good place to stay for a long weekend and the spa is well worth a visit!

Hotel was clean with ample free parking. The food was faultless with plenty of choice. Rooms were clean and basic. We were all inclusive and my only gripe was that the staff were quite cagy with drinks at the bar giving out one at a time to each person which meant all 3 of us had to get up to go to the bar although it was obvious the drinks were for 3 all includive customers. Also at dinner time the staff always had to be stopped and asked when passing to get drinks. This minor issue may also be due to the hotel being busy and full on our stay. It would not put me off staying here again.

Coffee needs to improve. Everything else was good and will return to this hotel later in the year

An October break. Staff on reception were friendly and helpful. Housekeeping was good. The food was very good with chef service excellent. Entertainment was good and the Dutch chap leading activities was most friendly and helpful. The only niggle was the restaurant staff their service varied from very good to ride and unfriendly. Our holiday was really almost spoilt and one of our party felt almost bullied by a waiter. Another of our party was most frustrated by the inconsistency of service offered by the restaurant staff. This is a large hotel and would have had a better rating from us if our treatment by the restaurant staff had been friendlier and customer centeredness. The holiday was expensive and I don't mind paying a bit more but did expect the service to reflect the charge. The room was also less than what I had expected with nowhere in the bathroom to put toiletries. With no balcony and nowhere to air towels , or even hang the bathroom towels to dry other than two books and no chairs in the bedroom. We. Had a ground floor room with no view and it was really noisy from 7am with deliveries. Certainly not what we expected from the photograph or description on the website.

We had a good holiday in a very clean and well managed hotel.

Hotel room was clean but not much space! Three of us but zero space other than the beds so nowhere to sit other than on/in the beds! Door to balcony did not feel secure, only locked at the bottom and not the top or middle! Some of the hotel staff were great, friendly and helpful but some were almost rude to the point they should not be customer/guest facing.

Stayed here many times and its always been a great experience. Staff are extremely helpful and always a good variety of food in the restaurant.

The hotel was very clean and the the staff very helpful. Most of the families staying were all inclusive. Although we just had breakfast there was a vast choice of freshly cooked produce.

Rooms are spacious, spotlessly clean with great aircon. Staff are very helpful and friendly. Food is good with plenty of choice to suit all pallets. With only a 5 minute walk to the beach. A great place to stay!
