A well run hotel. Staff were friendly and efficient.

Great hotel. Don’t be put off by the negative reviews. We stayed only bed and breakfast so can’t comment about other meals it all inclusive options. It was a quiet time of year during our visit and so the hotel certainly wasn’t busy, which probably added to enjoyable experience. Our room and balcony area was fantastic, offering a panoramic view of the beautiful bay. We had room 833. The breakfast offered a really good selection - fresh bread, pastries, cakes, doughnuts, cereals, sausage, egg, bacon, omelette station, etc. the pool area was very please take with plenty of sunloungers. The beach is only a five minute walk and only 20 mins in to the centre of Puerto Pollença. There are plenty of lovely restaurants dotted along the way as well. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will most definitely be back again. The reception staff were very polite and helpful.

Hotel is well located, set back about 200 metres from the beach front road. Good location and facilities.

We needed to be in Pollença for a weekend and decided to stay a week - when we booked it - we didn't realise it was a family hotel - all inclusive but that aside it is a good hotel - well managed and friendly staff - next time I might avoid high season

Lovely hotel. Clean and spacious room. Plenty of choice at breakfast. Plenty of room outside for sunbathing. A lovely little spa which was hardley used and was empty one day so had it to myself

Excellent hotel. Staff superb. Food good. Only complaint the bathroom linen I had all was old some of it torn and well worn.

Stayed for a week with family. Had a great time. Good facilities. Close to beach. Would deffinatly stay again.

Have used this hotel many times and would highly recommend it, the food is great and staff are friendly. Pere was particularly helpful when we had problems printing off our boarding passes.

I had an excellent week at the Fergus Style Pollensa Park SPA, the staff were very welcoming and helpful when needed. My room was decent and the buffet-style food was good too with plenty of variety. Evening entertainment was lively! Overall I had a most enjoyable one week holiday there! I would recommend trying it and the resort of Puerto de Pollensa for a sporting or family holiday!

Good hotel in excellent location. Puerto de Pollensa is a great location. Views of the Sierra de Tramuntanna and the sea. Lots of choice for bars and restaurants, etc. Rooms have fantastic sea views. Two minor gripes: 1/ Paid to go half board. Food was reasonably good, but the hotel does not include any drinks with the meal - not even tap water. A bottle of water was E3.80. 2/The hotel were a bit stingy with toiletries and towels. Only a tiny bar of soap and a sachet of shower gel, not sufficient to wash with are provided - and supplies are not refreshed when the room is cleaned
