Cabot Pollensa Park Spa - Family Resort

The hotel is really nice and the room was lovely with a corner balcony looking onto the sea. They allow you to take your bike into the room which is great but the food is pretty poor and the entertainment is too loud and not great. Have stayed here the last 3 years and had hoped with it having new owners this year that the food would have improved but unfortunately not to the extent that a number of our group ate out most evenings. We are planning to stay elsewhere next year.

Location and staff are great! Very nice and helpfull people in the restaurant and reception. We booked a sea-view room and could see a thin strip of a sea only-you need to be on a higher floor if you really want to have a sea view.

This is NOT a 4 star hotel rather a large 3 star hotel with a large shiny foyer. The food is really rather poor - think canteen. We booked because it stated family friendly and made a big deal of the indoor pool etc. Beware children cannot use the pool! The hotel is setup to be all inclusive so think cheap alcohol and high throughput food. If you are looking for a large unrefined 3 star in a good location this is for you if not you will wish you had paid a little more and gone to one of the better reviewed 4 / 5 star hotels - read the bad reviews!

The evening entertainment is fine but held/performances in the centre of the building. If you don’t wish to participate in the evening entertainment there is no where to escape to! This means if you want to speak to any of your party you can’t! Food is decent. Prices....the hotel charge like a wounded bull! That being said, I would go back.

Room had drain pipe with constant running water. Complained given another room with same pipe !! Nkt being allowed to being in your own water at dinner time and being told you must buy theirs.

The staff were friendly when we arrived, the room had a large window and nice distant sea view. The room was very basic and the hotel was a little tired. We were all inclusive the fiid was okay and the drinks were good.
