Cabot Pollensa Park Spa - Family Resort

A good hotel, the room was cleaned every day. There was good facilities for cyclists, a couple bike store rooms with washing and basic repair facilities. The breakfasts had a good choice for most people, Gluten Free etc, cooked breakfast or cereals. The location is reasonably close to other restaurants for eating out of that's your thing too.

Food is excellent - buffet and a high standard. Standard room is a little small when 2 people are trying to get ready at the same time. Bike sheds are great large and convenient. Location of hotel is very good

we ordered a room with sea-view, it turns out that these rooms are facing the stage near the pool. every night we had very loud music until 11pm

The AC was not working the whole night for one of the night. The receptionist manager was rude. So was the manager when I informed them the issue. Requested for a refund for 1 night but accused me for having another person in the room.

Good location but geared too much towards familes for our liking. Food - mediocure .

Lovely staff and public areas very nice. Food was great (half board). Rooms were a bit on the small side, though finished to a nice standard. Was a little noisy in the evenings from the bars across the road, but only to twelve at the latest.

Great hotel for cyclists. Large comfortable rooms and good, varied buffet menus. The only disappointment was the Gym, a room with a random array of machines that had seen better days and a few weights. Staff were warm and friendly and always keen to help and advise.

Just lovely. Ideal family and cyclists hotel with pool and food to die for. Caty and Pedro on reception were just so helpful

Good location with plenty of options at meal times. Roooms cleaned every day and a locked store for bicycles. Downsides are no drinks provided or allowed with half board not even water. WI FI is available but signal is woeful but other than these two points it is a good hotel.
