Hilton Garden Inn Springfield, MO

location was great and staff was friendly.

no breakfast and the internet wouldn't work. It was like there was a Block when in the rooms. OUtside it worked fine. Very annoying and i don't get on public wifi but that didn't even work in the room. The staff was kinda condescending about the internet.

We were with a group of people, and this hotel has many areas - especially outside - for sitting and relaxing with others. It is also close to the Springfield Nature Center, which has wonderful trials for hiking.

We have coming here several times a year since this property opened. In the beginning it was a nice hotel and the probably the best place to stay in Springfield. Now I would say the hotel is in need of a makeover and new management who pay attention to details. Our room was tired, dark and smelled when you first entered. The bathroom is small by today’s standards and the tub still has shower curtains. There was considerable mold on our bathtub/shower wall. The rug in our room was so dirty you would not want to walk in bare feet. We could hear toilets flushing in adjacent rooms through out the night. Presumably because the outside temperature was low, the air conditioning did not run at night and the windows do not open. Therefore the room got stuffy every night. They failed to service our room one of the nights we stayed. The kitchen no longer serves poached eggs for breakfast in the morning. The bartender was delightful, but she had no idea how to make common mixed drinks. I had the worst martini and Manhattan in my life. A few positives- the fitness center is good and the people at the front desk were very friendly. At an average of $180 per night plus tax we deserve better.

I absolutely love this place. The staff is incredible and very friendly. Always a smile on their faces. The food here is phenomenal as well. Never had a bad meal here and I stay here a lot. I won't stay anywhere but here. They are very accomodating.

It was just fine. Everything was very clean and check-in/out staff were efficient. There was a lot of noise and running on the floor above us though.

Great property on the South end of town with wick access to the main arteries going all directions around Springfield and surrounding area!!
