AC Hotel by Marriott Bella Sky Copenhagen

Inadequate disability friendly room. No shower curtain, no decent grab bars/handles except with toilet which were adequate but poorly designed (too long). Floor was totally wet (80%) after shower and unsafe with my carer having to towel floor to make it safe. Door to bathroom difficult to shut with a walker. Taps in sink just too small and narrow making them difficult to use.Room was a good size but completely inefficient with a portable fold up bed set up for carer when there was plenty of room for another single bed to be added.Suggest you get a properly qualified Ocupational therapist to plan the room. For a multui million dollar hotel surely you can afford to have a properly set up disabled friendly rooms or isn't this one of your priorities. Please pass this on to management.

Very nice, clean and modern hotel. The building is very stylish and modern. The hotel has a bar and several restaurants within it's vicinity/ complex. Staff are friendly and polite. Hotel is within walking distance of a metro station, which takes you into Copenhagen city centre/downtown.

Hotel is very convenient for attending events at the conference center across the street. The room was clean, comfortable and quiet. Breakfast had a decent variety but unfortunately there was no service for in-room dining. Luckily there are a number of good restaurants within walking distance. Location is outside the city center - but the metro stop was only a short walk away.

As a short stopover during a business trip, the hotel is relatively close to airport which explained that you see several airlines also putting their crews in the hotel. It took less than 20 mins by car from the airport and cost about 250 Kr. Check in despite several counters were relatively slow and even with dedicated line for Bonvoy Elite member , the waiting time is close to 15 mins . Despite also being an Elite member , there is no special benefits given which is common in Marriott hotels in Europe. The hotel is huge as it has 2 towers and more than 20 storey high. Only 2 things stood out at this hotel which is the friendliness of all the associates that I interacted with and also the quality of breakfast, hence given the ratings up and then these are the bad points. 1. The design of the hotel being minimalist and in whites which mean if it is dirty then it become obvious which is the case here. Carpets leading to the rooms are stained in several cases. 2. Elevator buttons not maintained as several of the signs came off. 3. Staff left all the linens on the walkway which is an eye sore . To be honest the way they maintained the hotel it certainly did not leave a good impression !

We enjoyed our stay as BonVoy members. This is a very decorative designed building. There is a bridge connecting the buildings on two levels. The rooms are comfortable. The bathroom unfortunately gets wet after a shower. The rollaway beds are slightly lumpy. The convenience and proximity to the metro and airport is great. There are couple of restaurants around the hotel as well. The staff is nice and there is a massive morning breakfast for $20. We enjoyed breads, meats, salmon, veggie and fruits.

Good, very comfortable

It is a very nice hotel with decent sized rooms. It was very close to the airport and to the metro (to reach most parts of Copenhagen). The breakfast was wonderful too. I would certainly stay here again if I ever get a chance to visit Copenhagen. Jaideep

This has been a wonderful place for us to stay. It is clean, well kept, and has fabulous staff. This particular visit, we were overwhelmed with the number of guests. Check in took longer than usual, and we had to plan carefully for meal times.
