Worst experience is Ac hotel Bella sky Copenhagen the check in experience was bad we are group tour from travel ties mumbai hotel staff is not able to give a room up to 4.30 pm we waited for 90 minutes after long request they allotted room And the check out time is 12 they taken time for cleaning 4 hour 30 minute The room was clean comfortable

great but not marriott level. Rooms feel old and is missing basic things like coffee maker and microwave. Furniture is great for working and breakfast is the best so giving 4 stars.

Great location, friendly service

The check-in experience was fantastic. Chanett was amazing! She genuinely cared about helping us and went above and beyond. We had a great start to our stay. We just arrived today and are looking forward to enjoying the rest of our time here.

I have a 18 hour layover and when I saw a marriott hotel close by Copenhagen airport I was happy because marriott hotels are one of the my favorite hotels Room smell cigaret Bathroom so dirty I’m so disappointed 😩pls let be proud Marriott hotel

Four stars hotel with a three stars service, as nearly all hotels in Northern Europe, service is a close to unknown concept... Out of town but pretty easy to get there with the subway (10 min walk) or taxi. Impressive building. I booked a deluxe room, quite larger than the standard. Nice but with some incredible mistakes as follows: 1. Totally impossible to close the curtains 100% (see picture) so wake up in summer around 4am 2. Very nice and large bath tub, BUT if you want to use it, good luck as to reach the taps you need to get in the tub and get your feet wet, that is if you find how hot/cold operates: you need to be a senior plumbing engineer. If at long last you manage, impossible to reach the soap bottles fixed on the wall without getting up!! 3. There is a decently comfortable armchair ... so low that it is very difficult to use for an elderly person 4. No tissues in a large deluxe room 5. Huge TV screen but very very few channels! Having stayed in hotels many thousands of nights, I have always wondered why they spend so much money on interior architects who just DO NOT know what guests need/like/appreciate. Hotels could save millions by using instead a pannel of frequent travellers.

Massive hotel on the outskirts of Copenhagen. Great if visiting for a trade fair as right next door. We were here as a 2 night holiday and it was a good experience. The staff were very helpful and guided us in how to use the metro which is a 10 minute walk away. Very easy to use and cheap. Breakfast was below par for a hotel this size. No personal service, just buffet. Plenty of cafes towards the metro where a proper breakfast would probably be better and cheaper. Pillows were sparse on arrival, we asked for more and were offered different types to choose from - memory foam, soft or firm etc. Reception was busy most of the time, so queuing is to be expected. Parking at hotel is expensive. Unload outside the hotel and take to your room and then park opposite at the golf club - half price. Overall a good experience.

Modern and location between downtown and airport.

We really enjoyed it. The room was excellent on the 21st floor with great views towards the airport and bridge to Sweden. Very clean and it all worked. Breakfasts were superb with much choice and great way to fill up for the day. Terrific location with a supermarket one stop up on the Metro and central Copenhagen about 10 minutes away every 5 to 10 minutes or less 24/7. The airport is 10 minutes in a taxi or 1 change on the train or Metro. I would like to give 4.5 stars but this site won’t allow it. The half star is docked due to a mess up that meant our room for the first night was on a low floor with no bath or view due to some mix up between our the site we booked on and the hotel. Also, not enough staff on reception. That said, if we are in Copenhagen again, we would stay here once more.
