"Not a 4.5 star hotel"

It is a very big hotel which clearly used to be 4 star hotel. It is now a bit run down. Showers had mold, hallways full of damages. We stayed for 2 nights and overall it is good enough for a short stay, but def. not a 4.5star hotel. We called in advance to have the baby crib ready - did not happen. Room cleaning also never happened.

The windows were dirty on the inside. Never cleaned during in our three nights there. One convenient plug in for phone other on the floor. Provide coffee pot which will overflow onto counter. Missing any at work or picture. Large but less hospitable sonehow

The hotel itself is quite good, but the experience varies a lot depending on which room/floor they put you in. Also, there’s constantly a queue at reception for check-in or even for a simple question.
