Poor service when checking in, Sarah said that her computer says breakfast wasn't included- however I paid for breakfast to be included and showed her my booking confirmation showing this, AHH she said it's ok I'll sort it, However when we arrived for breakfast the next morning again the lady showing people into the dinning area said she you have to pay £18 each for breakfast!! And immediately £42 plus was immediately taken out of my Bank account !!! Disgusting service, and one month later after being told by numerous members of staff it is being refunded; I am still waiting for it !!! Only a few days ago I was told it is being sorted out in the accounts department and could take yet another 7 days !!! ITS AMAZING HOW THEY TOOK FUNDS FROM MY ACCOUNT IMMEDIATELY,,,, YET ITS TAKING 5 WEEKS TO PUT IT BACK!! WHAT A DISAPPOINTMENT AFTER THINKING SERVICE WOULD ON POINT AT SUCH A LOVELY PLACE, ALSO, THE EVENING MEAL WAS A LET DOWN TOO AS WE WERE LEFT FOR OVER HALF AN HOUR BEFORE DRINKS ARRIVED WHICH WE HAD TO ADK FOR AGAIN,,,,, POOR SERVICE

Fabulous evening. The food was delicious and the staff were fabulous, particularly Malik.

I bought this spa trip for myself and my sister as a treat for her. It was frustrating to be being directed to different places, as no explanation of where to book in - so my advice is leave your bags in the car until it is sorted. We were asked what size shoes and I asked for small, we were given medium (my foot is a size 3 so they were massive) my sister is disabled so she would have fallen if walked in them. We were redirected from the manor house to spa to change, also random sizes in robes hers absolutely swamped her and she had to ask for another one which took about an hour. It would be very easy to ascertain sizes at reception and explain if you dont have the right size. We were directed to the Mews for our stay, on first sight - very nice but it was dirty, there were cobwebs on the ceiling, dust on the floor, the window frames had peeling paint. We went to the pool and the changing room was very below par for what you expect at this price point - most of the lockers were out of order, there were ceiling tiles off sink cabinets with towels under to I presume mop up leaks, shower curtains were shabby and not fitted properly and it didnt look that clean. Our meal in the evening was ok but the staff were friendly. In the morning there was no water so we couldnt have a shower, we went to breakfast but it was basic at best with no teas and coffees. We were told that the spa was not working so our treatments which were in the morning were not available. We went to reception to say there was no point in us staying and they checked us out. When I said again that we didnt get the best of our stay, no treatments, no lunch and not even being able to sit in the spa he said that a voucher would be sent for a half price stay. Not really what I wanted as I am very underwhelmed by Eastwell and do no feel it presents itself in anyway as a luxury spa retreat (or even a basic one!) However, I still have not received an email apologising or offering me the voucher. Very very poor show. I do realise that the water going off is not Eastwells fault but the complete lack of interest and effort to put it right is appalling!

Attended an Elemis workshop run by Lisa . It was extreme informative and hands on . Was taught how to apply the products which I found very helpful. Much better than just being told . Lisa was super friendly and extremely friendly and made it a fun session . Can throughly recommend and all for free. Did end up buying some Elemis products but there was no pressure to do so . Thank you Lisa

We had a simply wonderful afternoon tea at Eastwell Manor. The food quality was excellent and the price very reasonable. We were served by a lovely young lady called Ximena who looked after us and was a fantastic host thank you so much

The whole experience was ok but the customer service provided by AXL was amazing. He was so helpful and proactive. He went over and beyond to help us . He was a very pleasant guy , always with a smile.

A very, very good afternoon tea served in perfect surroundings. All the classics were there plus some delicious innovative cakes created by the pastry chef. The service from Louise was exemplary.
