The hotel was in an excellent location with beautiful views in every direction. Our room had the best view we’ve ever stayed in! Marcelo was a friendly and most helpful host, having lots of advice about the local area. The breakfast was also excellent with homemade breads and a great choice.

The location of the hotel is fantastic. We had a brilliant view from our Bedroom. Marcello and Gloria were so helpful and we also appreciated the breakfasts. Everything was home baked with different home made pancakes of waffles and pastries each day. As well as tasting delicious they were beautifully presented. There are great restaurants very close by and Marcello gave very good recommendations. They also organised taxis for us, nothing was too much trouble. The room was very comfortable. The hotel has a slightly quirky feel but in a good way. We loved it.

I totally enjoyed my entire stay. The room was lovely and had beautiful expansive views of the city and harbor. The room also had a wonderful patio and access to the roof deck. But, more than that, the welcoming of Marcellus and Gloria (who was managing the kitchen) made the stay spectacular. They answered all our questions and were very helpful dealing with several small issues one has while traveling. The substantial breakfast, made in the kitchen daily, was fantastic. The hotel was beautiful, perfectly located and walking distance to many sites we wanted to see. Access was easy (walking, train, busses, taxi). There were many wonderful restaurants nearby as well. All in all, a wonderful place to stay while in Valparaiso.

Nothing to note.

A great restored old building with just 7 rooms. We had Suite #7. Extremely comfortable, with a balcony, table and chairs, and a great view. The couple running the place are so friendly that they make you feel like part of the family. And the included breakfast is the best I have ever had at a hotel. The location can't be beat. This is an outstanding value.
