One of the best accomodations we have stayed in. Marcelo and Gloria were amazing people and hosts. The rooms were really comfortable and nice. There is a rooftop terrace that has amazing views all round. Breakfast and coffee every morning was really delicious and the common spaces are really nice to chill out in. Marcelo had lots of advice and recommendations for things to see and visit around Valparaíso. Would 100% recommend for a really homey and nice stay!

Fabulous hosts. Best location. Delicious breakfasts that included cappuccino and latte. Sunset cocktails on the roof top and so much more. Our hosts Marcelo are Gloria made us feel 100% welcome and they know the best places to eat...all within a small walk.

Really undoubtedly one of the best boutique hotels I have ever stayed in. The hotel is authentic, full of charm, spotlessly clean, comfortable, private as well with the best terrace and view over the bay and rooftop of the heart of the heritage listed old part of Valparaiso. The hosts, Marcelo and Gloria are delightful in every way.

My spouse and I spent a comfortable 2 nights in Manoir, poking around the city in advance of a cruise launch. The hotel is small (8 rooms, I think) and is in a central location that's good for visitors wanting to see conventional tourist sites during a short stay. Marcelo is a host with great communication skill, and he offers good advice on what to do, where to eat, etc. He suggested we join a pay-what-you-want walking tour led by an acquaintance (fabulous) and made dining suggestions that were terrific. Manoir's breakfast was nice and we felt the simple lunch menu offered us good value (lunch is new - take it on the patio if the weather is good). Our room was clean and comfortable. I think most rooms have a balcony; ours offered offered a great view of the harbour and city. The rooftop was also open, but isn't done up especially nicely.

Breakfasts were prepared by the Owner and his wife. Absolutely terrific, despite being a bit unusual, which we like.

The whole city is dramatically up and down. It is deservedly famous for that. The hotel is also up and down. If you avoid stairs you won't like it here. Though elderly, we did not mind a bit. Part of the charm.

This property is super charming! The staff is amazing and super helpful. The breakfast is brilliant. We encourage the guest to have dinner there - we loved the food and wine they served!
