The kids activities and the cycles provided can be made better, esp for children.

The only positive aspect of Sterling Lake View Kodaikanal is its location. It is conveniently situated close to the lake, which makes it easily accessible and offers good views.

The rooms are very gloomy and poorly maintained. The floor was extremely slippery, and instead of fixing the issue, the management simply placed a “floor is slippery due to weather conditions” sign which is not an acceptable solution for guest safety. Overall room upkeep is poor despite the property looking decent from the outside. The main restaurant is equally disappointing ,dark, gloomy, and not clean. The atmosphere is so uninviting that you wouldn’t feel like eating there. The buffet is very limited with hardly any options, and the taste feels average at best,it seems more like a formality to call it a “buffet” rather than offering a proper dining experience. The staff is laid-back and appears uninterested in hosting guests, which creates a negative and unwelcoming atmosphere throughout the stay.
