Friendly welcoming

Bathroom was dated.

Ideal location with parking

Room didn’t have curtains so was very bright in the am

Location was superb for town and Gwyn Hall attendance. Receptionist was very helpful.

Some rooms need updating

Breakfast was good but would have preferred English breakfast instead of continental location was good for us has one of our party had mobility issues and we booked a show in bryn Hall so location was brill

Ease of check in and location

Central to everything , comfortable beds quiet room

Not much light in the bedroom needed more lamps

Staff were very helpful and nice setting

Mattress on bed was well worn through and quite few stains on walls and carpet Shower hose damaged and leaked

Hotel was lovely,bedrooms were nice & clean,staff were welcoming,friendly & very helpful

One of the bedrooms needed new beds, but after speaking to staff we were moved to another room with no problem

Staff were very accomadating. The receptionist was very helpful.

My room was not the cleanest. It was obvious it had not been dusted or hoovered.
