The staff was very nice through out our whole stay. It’s located about 10 minutes from the town. Everything was always clean. We enjoyed the pool and the lagoon. They offer a lagoon tour which is 100 percent worth it. Definitely would stay here again.

La laguna Bacalar es bellisima, y el hotel esta ubicado frente a la laguna, lo cual es una gran ventaja. La atencion y excelente servicio del personal del hotel.

Todo fue excelente, pero recomendaria aumentar la capacidad del aire acondicionado en los bungaloos de mayor tamano.

Nous avons passé un séjour exceptionnel dans un cadre magnifique 🤩 Nous avions opté pour la chambre sur la lagune et nous ne l’avons pas regretté ! La vue est splendide, c’est un petit havre de paix. Nous nous sommes baignés bien sûr juste devant notre chambre. La chambre est très grande ainsi que la salle de bain. Ils nous ont même fait une jolie surprise pour notre anniversaire de mariage ♥️ Le personnel est extrêmement gentil, tout était parfait. Des kayaks sont à disposition de 8h à 18h. Nous avons fait le tour en bateau avec Abel sur la lagune et c’était super chouette. L’hôtel est à 6 minutes en voiture du centre ville de Bacalar où il y a de très bons restos. Je recommande cet hôtel.

Le pommeau de la douche à effet de pluie situé à 2,50m… comme de partout au Mexique. Quand on est petite comme moi, le temps que l’eau arrive sur moi, il me faut 1/2h pour me rincer 🤣🤣
