A localização. De frente para o mar.

Sabia que o hotel era antigo, mas não sabíamos que era tão sujo. Tanto o hotel em si, quanto os quartos. Chão sujo, com areia/ poeira grossa, cabelos no chão. Banheiro mofado, ferragens enferrujadas. Muito sujo mesmo! As loucas do café da manhã eram quebradas, com risco de corte. Havia talheres sujos. Equipe pouco receptiva. A piscina também não tivemos coragem de entrar pois havia tufos de cabelo nas escadas. Apesar da vista maravilhosa tanto da entrada quanto da piscina, mesmo durante o jogo do Brasil não havia tv/ bar para os hóspedes acompanharem.

Do chuveiro e dos funcionários!

Ar condicionado nao funcionava 100%. Nao tinha cobertor disponível porque o hotel estava cheio - após questionamento, enviaram. Secador quebrado. Cobertor com mal cheiro de uso. Parte do banheiro (box) acima muito sujo e de forma visível. Algumas coisas marcas de ferrugem - chuveiro- torneiras.

Localização, roupa de cama e café da manhã

Iluminação do quarto muito fraca, não havia tomadas ao lado da cama, limpeza péssima onde havia reator de canela no banheiro ao entrarmos, muita poeira nas janelas, lesma no box, e banheiro da entrada com lixo vazando da lixeira.

Lo único bueno del Hotel es la ubicación

El trato del personal con el turista; desde el 1er dia el recepcionista no habla español; tuvimos un problema con la aplicación de pago q se me tranco cuando reservan no abonas llegas y te hacen pagar toda la estadía cancelando la otra q se hace por booking y ene l hotel tienes que pagar; el desayuno no tienen opción sin Gluten ; 1 de los mozos del hotel es muy mal educado el q no usa chaleco siempre lleva camisa y corbata; un dia con mi amiga agarramos una banana y un yogur y el sr adelante de todos nos hizo dar vuelta a dejarla las cosas y después se quedó burlándose de lo sucedido; para ser un hotel 4 estrellas le falta mucho; la limpieza es un desastre nuestra habitación la parte de la ducha estuvo con arena los 7 días de estadía no lavaban bien en 7 días nunca nos cambiaron las sabanas; las tarjetas de la habitación llegabas a ella y tenias q ir a volver a cargarla; en SUMA NO VOLVERE MAS A ESTE HOTEL NO LO REVOMIENDO!!!! LE FALTA MUCHÍSIMO DESDE TENER GENTE PREPARADA Q HABLE ESPAÑOL HASTA LA LIMPIEZA!!!!! LOS COLCHONES SE EMPOSABAN VOLVI C9N DOLOR LUMBAR El BAÑO LLENO DE HONGOS
