Please note that guests must present the credit card used to make the reservation on arrival. Please note that the credit card holder must be present upon arrival. All children and adolescents must present their identity documents (RG) or birth certificates at check-in. In the absence of these documents, the stay will not be possible. For minors unaccompanied by their parents, written authorisation from both parents must be presented at check-in, with the signatures duly notarised, informing the date of entry and exit, reason for the minor's accommodation and contact telephone numbers for the parents, and as long as there is a person responsible for the minor's stay at the hotel. The Hotel has a Luggage Storage Bag; its use can be requested from the receptionist on duty upon payment of the usage fee.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A deposit may be required at the property.
