Decor is drab and lacking… could benefit from a decorator. Maintenance is needed. Damaged and worn furniture. Phone not working in first room. Elevator interior was damaged.

Super próximo de tudo!!!! Fiquei no quarto de frente pro mar, maravilhoso, visual incrível. Quarto grande e confortável

Toda hora o cartão do quarto não funcionava. Piscina luz queimada, apesar de ter sinalizado, não houve a troca. Não há flexibilidade na forma de pagamento, por exemplo parcelamento

Localização excelente , em frente a belíssima praia de Copacabana, equipe de atendimento prestativa , as acomodações são enormes, fácil acesso e um café da manhã maravilhoso. Do nosso quarto conseguíamos ver o Cristo.

O café da manhã foi ótimo, muita diversidade, tudo muito bem servido. A localização é excelente!

Segurança deixa a desejar, pude sair e entrar várias vezes e funcionários que nunca me viram nem perguntaram nada. Pude me sentar nas mesas na frente do hotel e observei que uma pessoa que passava na rua entrou, usou o banheiro da recepção e saiu sem ser abordada.

Uma pena um hotel na beira mar de Copacabana tão abandonado, começa com um atendimento ruim na recepção e restaurante, quartos sujos, poeira e mofo, toalhas velhas e mal lavadas, camas em péssimo estado com colchão afundando, travesseiro fino e duro, frigobar só tinha água com gás, desculpa o desabafo mas foi uma verdadeira decepção esse hotel.
