The sauna and pool are fantastic amenities! Clean and comfortable rooms. Small but cozy :)

Lack of staffing, there were a couple staying in the cabin next door and we had another couple show up (double booking) so that wasn't the best look

Very clean and bright room. Lovely staff who we spoke on the phone several times. Very close to the beach and not too far from the center of Byron Bay. Just a few studios making the place secluded and quiet.

No safe in the room. No storage facility once checked out and the visitor center is now closed so no option to drop off our suitcases in a secured place.

The room was really nice and stylish, spacious and clean as well. The location was also great, within walking distance of the beach.

Unfortunately, you can hear everything from outside and from other rooms. During the night and early morning, there were also loud noises and bangs that rumbled through the room. Since it’s a very lightweight construction, the whole room was shaking.

Nothing really - it was quiet.

Bathroom needs an extraction fan. Building looked tired. Only ONE cup, wine glass, champagne glass etc. Needs a microwave. Bed was too soft and lumpy.
