Comfortable bed Clean unit.

No washing up facilities- had to use bathroom vanity sink. The entire unit (#5) shook every time a truck passed. Initially we thought it was an earthquake. Unit was very noisy with traffic. The pool was dirty.

Good location. Easy walk to town centre. Short walk to Belongil Beach.

I think a microwave and an extra bin in the main room would be a good addition.

"Decent Spot."

Clear instructions on booking. Very well priced, nicely private, well laid out, close to beach stay in Byron Bay. Ejoyed the walk straight along the beach into and back from town centre. Only about 10 mins.

Door lock was faulty - difficult to engage to lock. Road noise audible unless all windows closed. No bathroom fan - gets a bit steamy - even with window open. Curtain Rods at end of curtain that hang down to help you open and close curtains - unless curtains are mostly open already - these hit you in face when trying to walk through the door way.

"It was lovely but I think some things need to be replaced and a good deep clean of the space."

Location

There was a few items in the home that we were let down on. Especially some items not being clean. Eg. the doona, there was only one available which we needed but there was lots of stains all over the doona. It’s not something that particularly made us feel comfortable.

Everything was good. Room was a good size and nicely decorated. Happy with experience.

I did try to call the office on arrival and got voicemail. I had also tried to call the office a day or so earlier and got voicemail at the office, This is why I gave 9 instead of 10. Your office staff do not answer the phone and this can be an issue when travelling/arriving with questions.

The location of the property and size of the rooms is about the only thing we liked about the property.

The rooms weren’t clean, especially the bathroom. There was so much mould in the bathroom on the walls and ceiling which is extremely dangerous - especially for me as I’m currently pregnant. The pool was also really dirty and had mould / damaged brick work around the area.
