Shower, water not hot enough for me

where can I start. cob webs on light shade. door closer hanging off, looked like damp coming through just below ceiling on one wall. No shower gel , Water pouring from overflow all night outside the window making a constant noise, person using radio late in next room.

Staff were easy to deal with and excepted the issues and gave refund straight away

Strong Cigarette smell in corridors which lingered in the rooms.noisy pub and could hear the radio and guests in room. Was going to be a dj starting up until 11 and we wanted some peace and sleep, so ad to rebook some where else

The rooms were cheap and location was good.

It was very dated and in need of renovation, the staff were friendly enough, all bar the landlord, who has some serious issues and is really struggling with paranoia, accusing me and my son of harassing his partner, and even voyeurism.
