Heb moeten vragen om schone handdoeken.

Hotel was een voorbeeld van een goede verhouding prijs /kwaliteit. Ligging prima voor onze bestemming in de buurt van Maidstone. Ontbijt, basic weliswaar, meer in de zin van een summiere continental, werd gratis aangeboden. English breakfast tegen betaling daarentegen afwezig. De eigen restauratie (snack) en bargelegenheid zelden open. De nabijheid van het gezellige Maidstone centrum, met veel faciliteiten op alle vlak, op 10 min wandelafstand compenseerde dit. Personeel steeds bereid tot helpen. Zowel slaapkamer en badkamer waren comfortabel binnen de prijsverhouding. Super was de ruime gratis parkeergelegenheid ter beschikking.

Dust, cobwebs and mould in the room around the windows and en suite in the grouting and around shower door, old sock between wall and bedside cabinet, Bar not open on arrival or when we went out later in the afternoon or when we got back later that night(not that late either) musty smell when we opened the door to the room, lock rattles around on the door itself. Security camera hanging off the wall on entrance to car park. Upon flushing the toilet the pipes made a hell of a racket that sounded like a container ship coming into dock! I have photos and a video of the toilet that I'll be e-mailing to the management.

This is not a hotel, it more like a hostel not even a hostel, the room is not secure, the single room provided was near a main outside door, for a woman /man is a dangerous place to stay. The photos shown on your booking.com website are fake, the building has no hotel sign as shown, everything is rundown from the front really to be be demolished. Booking.com should not have allow this fake information, we left without staying after seeing the rooms. We were so horrified, we ran out of the room and forgot to take photos, of cos, we told them that it does not fit for purpose, they still charged our rooms in full, and refuse to refund. They know is so bad they did not even offer to show us other rooms!

Very dated, bed very uncomfortable

Nothing as it needs a complete refurbishment.

It was old and tired. Whoever the cleaners are they do not do their job properly. If something, like the pressure of water to the shower, isn’t working, then they should report it.

The staff plus breakfast .

The room was awfull sorry .

Comfortable bed and good shower.

With walking difficulty I found the long walk, on the ground floor, very tiring because of all the stairs I had to climb, up and down, to reach my room.
