Grange Moor Hotel

Nice hotel, helpful staff, great parking, and lovely location. The room was comfortable and we enjoyed our stay :)

Bed was comfortable

The telly didn't work, the shower tray wouldn't drain, there was no bedside tables, there was a fight in the bar area, glass on the floor outside by the seating area 😳

The room was clean

the staff were polite when you did see them, we had to go to reception to get someone to serve drinks at the bar & the bar was closed before 10.30pm on a Friday night. The hotel was in need of a total refurbishment, the beds were uncomfortable & one of the beds had a large dip in the mattress. In the mornings all you could smell was burnt toast, it put us off having breakfast.

Bed was comfy, room and bathroom very big for the price.

Two tea bags, three sugars and coffee in a salt pot!!!? Mmmmmm expect a bit more in your room! Oh and shower didn’t work! Bit more money needs to be spent doing the place up a bit!

Needs some work on it but for the price can't moan Also some bulbs in the lamps would be helpful and telly didn't work

Decor was old fashioned, tv did not work and when asked to change room or sort the TV no one helped, cleaner in the morning asked if we would like anything and we said fresh towels but did not get any , lamps beside bed on both sides had no light bulbs ,
