The front desk was polite and helpful, we were able to check in early. The rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable. We checked out before breakfast was ready to go and the lady asked us if we would like some coffee or juice and gave us some fruit to go as we needed to be on the road early.

"The staff made it a great experience!"

The staff is excellent! More than accommodating! The only negative was the lack of TV channels. We weren't in the room that much so it wasn't a big deal for us but it was surprising there were not even local channels.

We didnt ise dinning or shopping options as we wenyt to a concert in mearbu Ottuwa. The hotel was great, staff was friendly and helpful. Will stay here again.

"Never will return"

The front desk lady was great! Very nice and helpful.

The TV wasn't hooked up and it was midnight when we got there. We were tired and ready to shower and go to bed. Didn't want to have to wait all night for someone to come hook up the TV, so we waited until morning to talk to the front desk. Also, the plug in to charge our phone didn't work. The guy at the front desk was very rude and said we should have just hooked up the TV, since we're not familiar with direct TV and we didn't know if there was a reason it wasn't hooked up, we didn't mess with it. Then he blamed the outlet problem on IOWA ELECTRICIANS!! That the light has to be on for the outlet to work. Which is false, because the light was on! He wouldn't adjust our rate and claimed there was nothing he could do. Oh and I forgot to tell how he belittled the lady that had been so helpful, when she tried to explain that they had had that complaint before about the outlet. Needless to say, we will never go back there!
