"Beyond what I expected for a small town!"

I still can't believe how nice this hotel is in the middle of nowhere! The front desk person was beyond friendly after my long travels with a late check-in and the place is clean throughout. I have no complaints, bed was comfortable, TV worked fine and the shower was fantastic.A+++

"Exceptional"

The staff is absolutely INCREDIBLE. We were in town for my inlaws 50th Anniversary party and they owned the restaurant we held it at as well. Southfork Grill is a must!! The hotel is clean and the bed is soooooo comfy. Just an amazing one day trip!

"Our stay"

Our room had no heat on when got there so it was freeze in there. Then the heater didn’t work to warm the room (other clients were having the same problem as we gathered downstairs), manager not around unless you called them, we had no shower soap and coffee taste warmed up (not hot) from the day before.

"Dissatisfied"

The room was clean.

The breakfast was cold. Coffee was cold. Had to climb stairs even though there was only 3 vehicles in the parking lot. Bathroom was in need of repairs. We stayed here because it had a breakfast. We didn’t even eat there the second morning. The high price did not match the accommodations.

"I would not recommend."

The heating unit worked fine.

The breakfast was terrible! The food in warmers was all cold. Put it in the microwave but it still was bad. Went down for coffee early the second morning and the coffee in the pot was still from the previous day. We left at that time without breakfast. The bathroom could use a major remodel. The vestibule was so cold that you could see your breath. There were 4 cars in the parking lot but we still had to carry all of our stuff up the steps to the second floor. The beds were very soft.
