Hele mooie locatie en ligging

Het hotel is erg mooi en schitterend gelegen met en fraaie tuin. Om te dineren ben je wel op het centrum van Leuven aangewezen, want het restaurant in het congrescentrum is redelijk prijzig. Het ontbijt vonden wij tegenvallen. De keuze was reuze, maar de broodjes waren taaiig, net zoals de gebakken eitjes. Voor de prijs hadden we wat meer kwaliteit verwacht.

Ik kom hier al een paar jaar en de gerenoveerde kamers zijn heel mooi. Nu echter een niet-gerenoveerde kamer. Dit was het geld niet waard. De douchebak was vol slijtageplekken, de muurvoegen vol schimmelverkleuringen, en de douche was zo klein dat ik meermaals tegen de kraan stootte en de douche uitzette daardoor, of op heel koud. Dringend tijd om de laatste kamer(s) te renoveren. De slaapkamer was mooi, maar heel koud. De kamerdeur kon niet op slot van binnen en ik kreeg hem de laatste dag niet meer open zonder hulp.

The hotel is in a lovely area, and has beautiful grounds. The room and bed were comfortable and staff was very helpful.

Fijn hotel en aardig en behulpzaam personeel!

We had a really nice stay, 7 nights. Only a couple of points, there is no draws in the room, so you have to leave the small things on show. We never had breakfast, as we know the area, having lived there for 12 years, but at €25 euros seems quite expensive.

Mooi hotel in middeleeuwse omgeving met comfortabele kamers, prachtige tuin, zeer vriendelijk personeel; op loopafstand van alles wat Leuven te bieden heeft. Aanrader is ook een fietstocht door de omgeving van Leuven. Brussel is op 20 minuten met de trein. Leuke tijd hier gehad.

Liked this property. Rooms were compact but very clean and cleverly designed to maximise space, although the bathroom areas were a little cramped. The shower was open to the room separated by just a curtain and a 2-way mirror, so not too much privacy, in case that might be an issue for you. But the whole space was nicely decorated and thought out. Beds were comfortable, and again sensible design allows you to store a number of suitcases easily in the room. Only real thing missing from the room was a bedside table. Staff were very friendly and helpful, and the grounds/garden were really nice to spend time around. It is walking distance into the town, with the immediate environs consisting of mediaeval streets as if they hadn't been touched in hundreds of years. We didn't choose breakfast (€22) so cannot comment on the quality but it did look like a reasonable spread of a continental breakfast. The gym area was not so useful, a small room with 3 machines in it, but at least there is one. Would definitely return for a short stay, although the rooms may be a little too compact for longer stays.

Hotel excepcional com um jardim lindo, nosso quarto abríamos a janela e dava para o rio Dyle com patinhos nadando. O hotel conta com um bar o qual amei o conceito, cujo nome Honesty bar, você se serve e anota na sua comanda. Funcionários super atenciosos e cordeais. O quarto contando com área de banheiro muito legal com chuveiro separado da banheira. Adorei, um dos melhores hotéis que fiquei nessa viagem, considerando a hospedagem em 5 cidades,
