Séjour agréable dans un hôtel de bon standing avec petit parc. Toutefois 2 remarques: -produits de toilette réduits au minimum, pas de crème pour soins du corps qui devrait être standard dans ce type d’hôtel 2-curieusement une facture ns a été présentée à l’accueil d’un montant inférieur au prix payé par internet à Hôtel.com. Comment se fait-il?

I have stayed in this property before and always loved it. This time I was traveling for leisure and decided to book there as well.. as expected it was a clean hotel... beautiful garden, friendly staff But what I did not expect (nor did the staff) was an issue with the air quality in my room. Why I give 5 stars is the way they handled the issue 1. They were overbooked - so could not move me 2. they called the technical staff and it appears they could not fix it 3. they called another hotel, booked me (with breakfast), booked a cab - all on their dime! I cannot say any Marriott or Hilton had ever done this to even their elite customer (which I am) I will stay here again.... service like theirs is what makes a stay worthwhile

Localizado en un sitio fuera del centro muy tranquilo. En los alrededores no hay mucha oferta de restaurantes o cafeterías. Pero un agradable paseo de 15 minutos te lleva hasta el centro donde tienes para elegir de todos los gustos y presupuestos. Habitaciones espaciosas, nuevas y muy modernas. Todo muy limpio. El personal es agradable con algunos fallos menores de servicio, nada importante. El desayuno es de tipo buffet, algo caro y no muy variado. Aún así, la calidad de la comida servida es muy buena. Recomendable.

Pas de chambre balcon pour fumeurs Pas de liste chaîne TV. Climatisation fait du bruit si mal réglé couverture trop chaude si clim mal réglé Parking et Hotel mal trouvable pas de panneaux.Pas de volets mais rideaux opaque et ok. Coussins trop volumineux.

I liked the room. It was cosy and nice designed. The personnel was very welcome and nice. It was actually more, than what I've expected. The beds were the hardness I do prefer.
