Begijnhof Hotel

Hyggeligt sted, rigtig god service, desværre en lidt tam morgenmadsbuffet, der manglede en del, hvis man kom ned den sidste time inden maden.

Hôtel très bien situé dans le quartier typique des béguines, j’ai logé dans une aile qui vient d’être rénovée, l’aménagement et la décoration sont très agréables, le petit déjeuner copieux avec beaucoup de choix. Très bonne adresse.

静かで清潔、シンプルなホテルで快適です。 空調が余り効かないので、寒い季節は室内服で調整必要でした。 朝食リクエストしました。いつも大満足です。

This hotel is in an amazing location but overpriced (ie. parking is 12 euros/night, breakfast is 19 euros pp.) No real help was given to find alternative parking, and cleaning/housekeeping service was minimalist to say the least: after 3 days, the bed was only folded back, stains of coffee mugs still there on every surface, sink and shower left untouched. Rooms are small, to the point of thinking twice, if you're both standing up, on whether you really want to go put that wrapper in the bin or better wait till he's in the loo (so tiny his knees are touching the door, and so poorly insulated I can hear everything)

Begijnhof heeft nieuwe en oude kamers, daar ze van binnen volledig aan het verbouwen zijn. Normaal zit ik in de nieuwe kamers en die zijn top, de oude laten nog wat te wensen over, hence ook de verbouwing

In de buurt van centrum, restaurants op loopaftstand en erg net hotel.

My room required a repaint, there were marks on the walls and the bathroom looked a little tired. I am aware that there is ongoing refurbishment so hopefully these issues will be resolved. The setting was in a very nice area, quiet and picturesque and the garden was beautiful.

We were not told of renovations going on at the hotel, and we were put in the room right next door to where they where working starting at 8:00 AM. Other than that the Hotel was nice and in a nice area.

My second time there. Loved it. Close enough yet far enough from the city centre. Nice surrounds. Great university park area for jogging. Nice little pub with a terrace just up the road. Good breakfasts and very friendly staff.

First time staying here. Convenient for work and on the edge of the town. Easy to get to and from. Location is quite and peaceful and I’m sure beautiful to relax at in summer. Parking is limited. Hotel is a little dated but clean and tidy.
