Hele mooie kamers, gezellige sfeer van het hotel, vriendelijk personeel, duidelijke uitleg over de stad en alles op loopafstand naar het gezellige centrum.

This is a beautiful hotel, but they should have warned us that there would be construction noises when we booked. It was too late by the time we arrived to check in. 9:00 is not terribly early, but we were exhausted from traveling. Also, we booked a room for three people -- there were only two coffees and not enough towels. When my son called down for an extra pillow for his bed (the main bed had two pillows each per person) someone showed up and handed him a pillow without a pillowcase. Otherwise, we had a nice stay -- the beds were very comfortable and the room was clean and spacious. The problems were pretty minor, but seemed worth noting, because it's a relatively expensive place to stay, and those things were surprising.

Great location, easily accessible by road for morning pick-ups. Very friendly staff, quiet, clean and very comfortable. Also within 15mins walk of Leuven center and the Christmas market.

Uitstekend hotel op een prachtige Unesco erfgoed locatie. Ideaal om Leuven te verkennen.

Mooi hotel. Goede service

Hotel très beau avec un excellent standing. Nous avions réservé une chambre exécutive, elle était très grande, décorée avec beaucoup de goût. Le petit déj est cher (22 €) mais bon avec beaucoup de choix. L'hôtel est situé dans un quartier très calme à 15 min à pied du centre historique de la ville. Le parking coût 15 € par nuit et est très pratique. Si nous revenons à Louvain on y reviendra avec plaisir!
