Qualité de la literie très médiocre, pas de duvet ,

Location is very handy. Great breakfast, lovely and comfortable room. The housekeeping staff were lovely.

Other staff (apart from Philip on reception when I first arrived) were mostly unhelpful and hard to find. The pool was only cleaned once in a week and had many leaves and dirt/sand in it, plus the showers near the pool are incredibly hard to use - I had to use them before flying and it wasn't a great experience. I also requested late checkout and offered to pay, asking a few days before the end of my stay. I was only told to check again on the final morning and then told that they couldn't facilitate it due to being fully booked. I saw absolutely no evidence of the hotel being fully booked - I'd estimate it was at 30-40% capacity at the most.

El staff del hotel ha sido muy amable en todo momento. La persona que nos recibió en la llegada fue muy amable y todos sus compañeros han seguido una estela similar. Lo mismo pasa con las personas que nos han atendido en el desayuno, siempre atentos a las necesidades de los clientes.

Como único punto negativo, quizá destacar que las habitaciones que dan a la calle principal quizá tengan un poco de ruido de la misma. Aún así, puede descansarse sin ningún problema.

החיסרון היחיד במקום זה שהשמיכה הייתה ממש ציפה של שמיכה בלי פוך או משהו ואני בן אדם שקצת סובל מזה והיה קר בלילה

Great location. Comfy room. Friendly staff. Very nice.

Great location if you have a car, saves fighting for a space in the old town. 10 minute walk to the old town and 5 minutes to the beach so a great base. Staff were excellent throughout! We had an issue with our aircon in tbe room which the staff done everything they could to fix at 11pm! It couldn’t be fixed so they gave us a free upgrade the next day, amazing service. Pool area was clean and quiet.

Not really a complaint, more advice to others. With two adults and a baby the superior room was quite snug. We got upgraded to a suite which was ten times better so if you have a similar situation I would suggest booking a suite.

Le plus est l'emplacement et le parking voiture. Un petit déjeuner emporté très tôt le matin et tout à fait adapté.

Deux éléments négatifs : - la piscine était non praticable du fait 2 jours avant d'une pluie de sable; deux jours avant et c'est un hôtel 4 étoiles ... - j'ai sollicité que la chaine 19, chaine française et gratuite soit activée; en vain. La télévision affichait que le logiciel n'était pas à jour et qu'il fallait le faire. J'ai par deux fois sollicitée l'accueil qui devait en parler avec le "technicien"; rien ne s'est passé
