"Lovely room, dire booking process"

Room was lovely

Whole booking system, I gave up and used booking.com instead. If many people have the same problem xperience this could be losing you valuable income. We could not even ring to reserve a table for dinner. We would love to come back but will use booking.com and eat elsewhere to save any hassle.

Really comfortable, good sized room, very dog friendly, good beer etc, lovely evening meal, cracking breakfast, great central location in Helmsley and helpful, welcoming, friendly, efficient staff. All good.
