Barceló Portinatx - Adults Only

We loved everything about Barcelo Portinatx - from the comfortable beds to the fabulous food, the gorgeous design to the little touches. But most of all, we loved the staff - we've never experienced such genuinely friendly, caring and happy staff at any hotel. We've already recommended you to friends and we really hope we'll be back next year! THANK YOU!

Best service we had probably ever, David the receptionist was simply, fantastic. The extra mile all the way since we put a feet in the hotel, anytime im back in Ibiza, as far as i know he is there, i will be booking with them.

Das Hotel mit dem schönen, sauberen Zimmer und dem wunderbaren Blick aufs Meer hat mir super gefallen! Das Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Essen war gut, hatte Halbpension gebucht. Ums Hotel herum, ist eher ruhig, was ich sehr geschätzt hatte. Hat jedoch eine eigenen Bucht und daneben 3 Restaurants sowie eine Tauschschule. Ich würde das Hotel jedem weiter empfehlen, der ruhe sucht und sich etwas verwöhnen lassen möchte. Gerne gehe ich wieder in einem anderen Jahr

All staff went above and beyond for our anniversary stay and we can’t thank them enough. A fantastic room and brilliant hotel altogether.

Only reason this place doesn’t get a 10 from me is because there was no gym, would have loved to get some workouts in from all the amazing food but this place is beautiful and amazing

Underwhelming to say the least. First of all, the all inclusive package is a waste of money. The only options for dining are a buffet for breakfast, pool restaurant for lunch and buffet for dinner. The one restaurant they do have you have to PAY for regardless if you bought the AI package. What a rip off. The refrigerators in the rooms weren’t stocked due to “covid” however I would be more concerned with a full buffet shared amongst all hotel guests than a personal fridge for each patron’s room. The beds are horribly uncomfortable and are two full size beds pushed together to form a king. Don’t go here.

I had a really nice 2nights here during my work trip. Room was a bit warm at the beginning but it improved after few hours. Overall ok stay.

The reception on arrival was top class and the staff go to pains to make sure you in holiday mode from the get go. It was very easy to arrange an all-inclusive (AI) package for food and beverages with plenty of variety and great value. The hotel is beautifully designed - calm and very airy. I got a small upgrade and was delighted with sea glimpses over the balcony. I spent most days relaxing by the pool with lots of nice beverages on the AI aswell as lunch and snacks, so easy. The food at the bar is good, not great. There are plenty of options but a bit hit and miss on the quality of ingredients. The only negative for me wsa the pool soundtrack which were renditions of popular pop songs/ crooners on repeat. Speaking to the other guests, genuinely it was the only negative aspect for everyone as it can get grating. The breakfast buffet is exceptional - the quality of ingredients excellent and a massive range. Dinner buffet is ok, a bit repetitive but wasn't that much as an additional at time of booking. Can't express how lovely and friendly all of the staff were - morale obviously good and it showed in the service with everyone (staff and guests) very relaxed and happy. Reception super helpful in booking restaurants, recommended day trips etc. I was also concerned about needing a covid test and that too was sorted out without any stress. All in all - I will definitely be back (hopefully they take on board the pool music feedbck)!!

The hotel is located in a very secluded part of the area which is lovely. there is a small Beach right in front of the hotel and a larger beach about a 10-minute walk away. The hotel is designed in a very modern way and all of the staff for very friendly. Good covid-19 safety measures in place to ensure safety. Loved the large bed and the shower on the balcony.

We only booked one night to visit the Nord of the island. We haven't too much to say about the hotel. In my opinion great beds, cleaning, and nice rooms views, but isn't a premium experience hotel such others from 4 and 5 stars.
