What an amazing hotel! The Staff are extraordinary - they care so much about the guests. One bartender even offered to drive us to a reservation when our booked taxi didn't arrive on time. The food is wonderful - i've never had a buffet taste so good, the chefs really are proud of their work and they should be!

Plenty of beds by pool. Only downside to note was tiny lifts.

Lovely hotel with a beautiful view. Huge balcony with jacuzzi which we enjoyed on a night with a full moon. Absolutely enchanting.

An excellent hotel and wonderful staff if you're looking for a quiet getaway in a picturesque part of Ibiza. The room was spacious and had good quality amenities within. We were half board and the dining options were excellent. If you do want to step out of hotel for lunch, there are beach bars on your door step and a quiet, yet beautiful bay.

While there is nothing wrong with the hotel there are a few observations to make here. We booked a superior sea view and that room was fine. On check in the front desk attempted to give us a free upgrade (which they inked onto the room keycard cover along with “junior suite”. If you are giving an upgrade and you’re a class hotel you don’t need to do this. As regards the room in reality “suite” seems a little overselling the suite term, and which unfortunately smelled quite bad so we reversed to what we’d booked. Also this hotel promotes itself at a certain level, advertising bath products from Bulgari but they’re not. It feels more like an upmarket package holiday hotel in certain aspects.
