Pas de stationnement ni avec l’hôtel et pas à proximité. Il faisait très froid dans la chambre. Les équipements et la chambres sont très vieux.

I do not recommend staying at this hotel. As an adult family of 4. We experienced extremely unprofessional and aggressive behaviour from a staff member on Christmas Day. We were threatened with police involvement for having a small Christmas tree in our room, despite it being Christmas Day and the tree being disposed of in the bin prior to checkout. The staff member knocked on our door, used inappropriate language, and made alarming statements about us receiving a criminal record “that would follow us around the world.” These threats were entirely unwarranted. He also accused us of being noisy, despite the fact that we had just returned from dinner and had been in the room for only a few minutes. Throughout our stay, noise from guests above us was ongoing, yet we chose not to complain. We were told we had 15 minutes to be silent and asleep or the police would be called and we would be removed from the hotel. The situation felt intimidating and demeaning, more like being treated as children on a school camp than paying guests. This staff member openly expressed frustration with Christmas and tourists visiting the city for the holiday season, which was deeply disappointing and inappropriate. His behaviour completely overshadowed what should have been a special Christmas stay. This was the worst hotel experience we have had, and as a result, we will not be returning.

Très décevant. Les photos ne correspondent pas à la réalité. Chambre minuscule (moins de 20 m²). Parking annoncé comme inclus sur l’application, mais ce n’est pas le cas. Pas de micro-ondes ni de tapis à l’entrée. Lit placé face à une porte inutilisée avec fuite d’air directe, très inconfortable. À éviter
