Apartmani Teo

Our studio had a nice terrasse on top w a very pleasant view of mountains and the sea. Teo was very friendly to us.

Our host Teo was great. When we arrived he gave us information on the local area, restaurant recommendations etc! Would definitely stay here again.

Teo is an amazing host! Great location and he provided us with so many amazing local recommendations. Will stay here again when we come back.

Teo the owner was very welcoming and the friendliest host I’ve ever had, he sat us down to give us an overview of the island, tips, tour of the room and a free bottle of wine! The room itself was fine, with a nice little balcony and only a few minutes walk into town if you ignore google and go through the windy stairs (easier going down with luggage than up). Only improvement point was the room wasn’t made up during the day, which normally I wouldn’t have minded too much, but our friends had come over to use the shower and get dressed.

Teo is very friendly and offered beer and wine upon arrival. The place is clean and nicely located just a few minutes walk downhill to the old town. However, there isn't much of a sea view as was advertised and soap/tea was not replenished daily.

Apartmani Teo is a nice little rental about 8-minutes walk away from the center of Hvar, but far enough away to offer you a welcome breather from the crowds and make you feel like a local. It’s a cute space with a nice kitchen and a clean bathroom. But, what I’ll take away from our stay there is how great Teo is. He met us for our (later) check-in with a cold beer and a nice conversation about the island. His pride in Hvar is really reflected in how welcoming he is and his extensive knowledge of the town, which came across in his recommendations of things to see and do and places to eat (definitely try the Hvar Gregada at Konoba Bonaca). If you’re not into the clubs or the resorts and would enjoy a bit of a quieter, more localized experience, with a host who really cares about his guests’ experience, Apartmani Teo is a good choice.

A great experience. Teo was very welcoming with drinks and information on what to see and where to eat. The place is very clean and we thoroughly enjoyed our balcony. The place is an easy walk into the town.
