Nice place very friendly staff hotel a little ways away tho rent a car we did an it was great ... I would stay here again ...

Loved the property and the staff went out of their way to help out on inbound trip. Really nice accommodations, but the matrasses were not 4 star quality. Great spa and sauna. The gondola was closed for one of the days, but it forced us to check out the other peaks of Chamonix which one must do. Checking out needed to be prompt and by the rules. But I may return if I ever get back to the Alps.

Helpful and well organised staff. Hotel is modern and new yet retains a cosy feel. Would certainly return in the future.

Great Hotel staff, nice residence with well equipped apartments.

The hotel is neat and well laid out. Nothing luxurious about the room but it contained all the essentials including a full kitchen and a balcony. I would have liked a bath tub instead of just a shower stall as there was no jacuzzi in the hotel; like to soak in some hot water after a day on the mountain. The location of the hotel is a bit out of the way. Vallorcine is the last town that is part of the Chamonix valley so it is a 20 minute drive to the main town of Chamonix where all the restaurants and shopping are. There are a few (4 to be exact) restaurants in Vallorcine. We ended up driving into the Chamonix centre-ville every night for dinner. Definitely recommended to have a car if staying at this hotel.

Fantastic stay, with the hotel well located. Facilities were very good at the hotel and we loved the fresh bread from the on site bakery every morning. The kitchen was well stocked with all the utensils you could need and more.

Lovely spacious apartments, good service. A lot expected before departure and kitchen could do with a proper oven but everything else was excellent.

WOW! while about 15 klms out of Chamonix village, this new facility in the quaint town of Valloracine and just perfect. Great sized rooms for two adults and two teen agers, great facilities and kitchen, mountain views, situated on a stream and next to several walking tracks. 100m to the chair lift if you are skiiing. Pool is magnificent . . . if I had the money, I'd buy a unit. WOW!

The apartment was great lots of space, although we did have an apartment for 5, and there was only 2 of us. Good facilities, hob, microwave, fridge, kettle , toaster as well as ample crockery and cutlery. We had a large balcony with views of the gondola and ski slopes. The hotel has a spa, gym which I used often and a swimming pool and sauna which we both used. There is also a cafe attached to the hotel where we bought fresh bread every morning. There are some excellent restaurants close by especially the one at the back of the train station Cafe C????? But book early. Only fault is that reception closes at 8pm if you are going to arrive later than this you need to contact the hotel and get the code for the front door, unfortunately we didn't and spent the first night in the car. The manager did offer us a spa experience for the inconvenience though. You can walk to chamomix will take about 3 hours, be careful on the walks on the mountain facing the front of the hotel it is very tricky in parts .

The location of this residence is right on main street, railway and cable car stations. The staff was great and tried to do their best to accommodate our stay. A little comment: the residence does not perform room cleaning, so if you plan to extend your stay more than one-two day, you will then need to purchase your own toiletries (as the supplies provided by the residence are good just for a short stay).
