"Einen tollen Aufenthalt - ich würde jederzeit wieder buchen."

Die Anlage des Castello di San Marco ist unheimtlich schön. Das Restaurant fürs Nachtessen muss unbedingt besucht werden - es ist unglaublich gut.

Das Frühstück war aus meiner Sicht etwas gar knapp - was vorhanden war, war aber sehr lecker.

"Lovely stay"

Stayed 5 nights on self drive tour. Free parking. Good location 5-10 mins drive from restaurants etc. Lovely heritage property, immaculately maintained. Booked junior suite - excellent choice for space. Soundproofing not 100% but never a real issue. Internet variable. Bed and pillows quite hard though. Electrical sockets need sorting. To use kettle you have to unplug fridge. Breakfast OK but nothing special. Staff professional and attentive. Lovely pool area. Be advised you cannot bring outside food and drink into hotel. Overall despite a few niggles we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and would recommend. Good value for money.

Staff very friendly, breakfast amazing. Nice location not far from Taormina, perfect location to escape from the crowded Taormina. Also nice wine/cocktail bar. Beautiful garden

Unsere Suite war extrem feucht, das Wasser tropfte von den Holztüren, der Badezimmerspiegel beschlug ohne Benutzung der Dusche. Die Betten waren klamm, Bücher wellten sich. Die Trocknungsfunktion der Klimaanlage brachte nur leichte Linderung. Der Reinigungsservice war schlecht. Wir wechselten das Zimmer, die Suite mit Außenpool war zwar trocken, aber sehr einfach eingerichtet. Die Dusche war undicht, die Farbe blättert teilweise von den Wänden. Für mehr als 700,- € pro Nacht erwartet man nicht den Zimmerstandard einer mittelmäßigen Ferienwohnung mit freistehendem Küchenkühlschrank. Das Hotel liegt in einer ländlichen und ärmlichen Umgebung, man muss mobil sein.

"Posizione stupenda, bella struttura che può fare di più."

Bella struttura con tanto potenziale. Un vecchio forte poi diventato castello poi casa nobiliare ora adattato a Hotel 4 Stelle. Avrebbe molte caratteristiche per diventare un 5 stelle se sviluppano servizi e cura per i dettagli.

Il ristorante è molto bello ed il cibo buono ma 3 antipasti, 3 primi 3 secondi sono un menu' troppo ristretto. Se stai una settimana dopo 3 giorni non sa più cosa mangiare. Il resto della struttura è di fresca ristrutturazione elegante in alcune parti (hall per esempio), tradizionale in altre (come il bar degli aperitivi). Le camere tuttavia sono da migliorare. Il condizionamento è rumoroso. Non c'è niente alle parete (moderno ok, ma completamente senza niente...), non ci sono dei scendi letto etc etc.. Per un 4 stelle ok, ma la struttura potrebbe puntare più in altro. Manca una palestra. Le camere lato Etna godono di una vista bellissima, però nel terrazzino non c'è un parasole..
