Here’s a polished version of your review for Castello Charming Hotel: We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Castello Charming Hotel. The location is incredible — right by the beach and close to the sea, making it the perfect spot to relax and enjoy Sicily. The hotel itself feels very special, almost like staying in a Michelin-starred destination, with excellent dining on site. What makes it even more unique is its history, as the building dates back to the 17th century. Staying here felt like stepping back in time while still enjoying modern comfort. We will definitely come back again!

One area that could be improved is the room facilities. The rooms would benefit from some enhancements — more modern furniture, a refreshed bathroom, and an upgrade of the air-conditioning system. These updates would make the stay even more comfortable and align the standards with the hotel’s wonderful location and historical charm.

"Gorgeous venue, rooms a let down"

Gorgeous venue and surroundings, absolutely stunning. The main building is so beautiful However, the rooms are designed by people who have clearly never stayed in a hotel before There was no chair for the desk, the cupboard had no door handles to open them, the hooks in bathrooms were falling off, the thermostat in shower is broken, sofa covered by a dirty bedsheet, the list goes on If you are charging close to €450 a night, you better make sure your rooms live up to it

The surrounding grounds and gardens were stunning!

I booked a suite, but it seems I was placed in a more traditional room than the photos showed. Although I asked to be moved I was told they were fully booked even though I booked months in advance. The property could invest in better pillows! You also need a car as far away from anywhere and taxis expensive. €110 way one to and from airport.

Easily the top highlight of our sicily trip. Besides the magnificent site and beach nearby, big thanks to the hotel and restaurant team for making our stay and couple anniversary extra special! We enjoyed every minute of it. Will definitely come back next time we visit sicily!!
